At The Altared State, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you require an exchange, contact us before returning the item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
